It's my first video of 2024. Last year, despite being a confirmed introvert, I recorded more than 20 videos and video and I have kind of come to an understanding.

This year, I want to step even further out of my comfort zone and start having more conversations with people about the work we're doing at Mission Equality and how we can use that work to support mission-aligned organisations who want to lead from a different paradigm, and who might want to partner up with others who are doing the same thing and form Equality Alliances.
